This experience of many years and the high technical know-how of both product divisions combine in the development of a innovative drive component: The new WF timing belt gear motor.
At present two sizes are available which afford the entrance numbers of revolutions to 10,000 rpm.. Depending upon entrance number of revolutions the capacity range amounts to 0-3.2 KW with a max. output torque of 0-17 Nm. The timing belt gear has a reduction i= 1:3 and the dimension in the exit corresponds to the mechanical standard IEC 72 design B14. The efficiency is with approx. 98%. The timing belt gear can be cultivated as direct drive.
Advantages of the WF of timing belt gear motor are above all the low noise run with small heat development and flexible behavior. The theoretical life span can amount to up to 15.000 operation hours and depends on the demanded drive torque and the achievement.
